Swamps are nothing like people imagine! This cypress swamp, found in the Everglades, FL is beautiful, ethereal and the experience of being immersed in the midst of it was otherworldly. The cypress swamp, or forest in this scene was peaceful and serenity. The water was clear and clean, swimming with gar fish that I (Carol McArdle) waded among. Beautiful!
