Oil 10" x 8" On my birthday in January I was supposed to have dinner with a couple of good friends of mine. I had been working long days for months and after working like crazy on my birthday I just had to go out and be with nature. I called my very understanding friends and told them I was going to watch the beautiful sunset. I didn't know where I was going to go but ended up at one of my favorite places, Little Hickory Pass, the same place from where I painted "Mangove Roots" and "Mangrove Shadows". I watched the amazing show of colors that changed every second as the day drew to a close. I love Florida and I bow to Mother Nature, the greatest artist of all.
